Faye Carol Weeks Arnold

Faye Carol Weeks Arnold age 82 of Ackerman, Mississippi passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. Faye, one of twelve children was born on February 11, 1944, in Choctaw County, Mississippi to the late Marvin Eugene Weeks and Rubye Lee Philley Weeks. She was a retired insurance clerk for the late Dr. George Bounds. Faye's love for her Lord and Savior was evident in her life. She loved serving and doing for others every chance she could. Her along with her loving husband attended Nebo Bible Study Group in Choctaw County, Mississippi. She is survived by her loving husband, William Oscar Arnold of Ackerman, Mississippi; one sister, Barbara Weeks Perkins of Meridian, Mississippi; a sister-in-law, Agnus Tribble; a brother-in-law, Rev. Feliz (Beverly) Arnold; a host of nieces and nephews that were all dear to her heart and two special friends, Mary King and Melissa Swanner. She is preceded in death by both of her parents, Marvin Eugene Weeks and Rubye Lee Philley Weeks; five sisters and five brothers. Funeral Services for Mrs. Faye will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora, Mississippi. The family will receive friends and loved ones for a time of visitation on Monday, June 29, 2026, from 1:00PM until time for services at 2:00PM also at Oliver Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Enon Cemetery in Ackerman, Mississippi. The Graveside/Committal Services will all be held at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel instead of Enon Cemetery. Rev. Greg Chamblee and Bro. Donnie Buckner will officiate the services. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora is honored to be entrusted with all arrangements for the Arnold family.
