Faye Fulgham Pinnix

Gola Faye Fulgham Pinnix age 86, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Community Place Nursing Home in Brandon, Mississippi. Faye was born on May 13, 1939, in Choctaw County, Mississippi to Charlie Carl Fulgham and Bessie Kate Tuck Fulgham. She was a secretary, homemaker and loving wife and mother to her husband and two children. Faye was also a very talented seamstress and a member of Grace Primitive Baptist Church in Pearl, Mississippi. She is survived by her husband of just over sixty-four years, James Pinnix of Flowood, Mississippi; one daughter, Linda Kay Pinnix (Matt) McWhirter of Knoxville, Tennessee; one son, John David (Kimberly) Pinnix of Flowood, Mississippi; two grandchildren, Shelby Leigh Pinnix and James Tyler "Ty" Pinnix; two sisters, Nell (Charles) Chandler and Margie (Steve) Coleson; one brother, Bobby Carl (April) Fulgham and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by both her parents, Charlie Carl Fulgham and Bessie Kate Tuck Fulgham; one brother, Billy Fulgham and also an infant brother. Funeral Services for Mrs. Faye will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora, Mississippi. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 1:00PM until time for services at 2:00PM at Oliver Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Double Springs Methodist Cemetery in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel instead of Double Springs Methodist Cemetery. Bro. David Pyles will officiate the services.
