Gregory Kent Payne

Gregory Kent Payne age 61, passed away at his residence in Maben, Mississippi on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Gregory was born on October 28, 1964, in Tupelo, Mississippi to Kent Miller Payne and Brenda Joyce Scarbrough Payne. He was employed in retail until becoming disabled due to illness. Gregory is survived by his wife, Lynda Morgan Payne of Maben, Mississippi; his father, Kent Miller (Elva Kay) Payne of Starkville, Mississippi. He is preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Joyce Scarbrough. A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora is honored to be entrusted with all arrangements.
