Harold Curry Ray

Harold Curry Ray, age 73, of Eupora, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at his residence. Harold was born in Eupora, Mississippi to the late Delbert and Lois Richardson Ray on July 24, 1952. He was a retired machine operator for Gulf States Manufacturing and a member of the United States Army National Guard. Harold is survived by his loving wife, Angela Holland Ray of Eupora, Mississippi; three sons, Timmy (April) Ray of Decatur, Mississippi, Scott (Shelby) Ray of Aberdeen, Mississippi and Chad (Carrie) Ray of Columbus, Mississippi; one daughter, Jackie Boone of Panama City, Florida; one stepdaughter, Leslie Burks of Calhoun City, Mississippi; one brother, James Ray of Walthall, Mississippi; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Delbert and Lois Richardson Ray and one sister, Minnie Faye Ray Halford. Funeral Services for Mr. Harold will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora, Mississippi. The family will receive friends and loved ones for a time of visitation on Tuesday evening, April 14, 2026, at Oliver Funeral Home from 5:00PM until 7:00PM and on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, until time for services at 2:00PM at Oliver Funeral Home in Eupora. Interment will follow with military honors at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Eupora, Mississippi. Bro. Waymon Betts will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Preston Patrick, Tyler Ray, Dexter Jones, Scott McBride, Keith Palmer and David Carwyle. Honorary Pallbearers will be Uriah Ray and Kyle Dye.
