Mrs. Jean Estelle Helms Pogue, 87, retired x-ray technician with Webster General Hospital, died 6/1/22 at Diversicare in Eupora, MS. Graveside Funeral Services were held 2:00PM Friday 6/3/22 at Spring Valley Baptist Church Cemetery in Mathiston, MS. Rev Thad Moore officiated. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Mathiston and was preceded in death by her parents; L. B. and Annie Helms, her husband; Nelson Pogue, her son; Lonnie Lampkin, her sister; Nell Willcut and her brothers; Doug, Casey and Curtis Helms. Mrs. Jean is survived by: step daughter; Kelly Pogue, Simpson, CA, stepson; Darrel Pogue, Jackson, MS, sister; Patsy Methvin, Jacksonville, FL, and 2 brothers; Louis Helms, Mathiston, MS and Jerry Helms, Mathiston, MS.
