Keith Perkins

John Keith Perkins age 69 of Mathiston, Mississippi, passed away at his residence on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Keith was born on February 22, 1957, in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi to the late Nordeen Norvella Perkins and Lillian Joan Rowlen Perkins. He was a retired small business owner, believer in Christ and member of Clarkson Baptist Church in Webster County, Mississippi. He enjoyed attending church, reading his Bible, camping, attending his grandchildren's sports events, spending time with his family and was also a huge Elvis Presley fan. Keith is survived by his son, Tracey Perkins of Mantee, Mississippi; one stepdaughter, Heather (Joe) Barton Tucker of Cumberland, Mississippi; one sister, Debbie (Keith) Brown; eight grandchildren, Kiersten (Payton) Chandler, Stetson, Tristan and Elijah Perkins, Brooke Langford, Conner (Erin) Langford, Preston Hartness and Addie Tucker; one uncle, Benny (Gwen) Perkins; two nieces, Katie (John) Saporsky and Kacie Brown and one nephew, Cody (Brett) Brown. He is preceded in death by his parents, Nordeen Norvella and Lillian Joan Rowlen Perkins and one niece, Christie Brown. Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Keith will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, June 15, 2026, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora, Mississippi. The family will receive friends and loved ones for a time of visitation on Monday, June 15, 2026, from 1:00PM until time for services at 2:00PM at Oliver Funeral Home. Interment will follow the services at Clarkson Cemetery in Webster County, Mississippi. Rev. David Keen will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Stetson Perkins, Tristan Perkins, Payton Chandler, Cody Brown, Doug Rowlen and Joe Tucker. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora is honored to be entrusted with all arrangements.
