A visitation will be held for family and friends Monday 10/23/23 from 10:00AM until 12:00 Noon at Oliver Funeral Home. There will be no Funeral or Graveside Services. Melvin Ray Parker is survived by a daughter; Kayla Michelle Parker Knotts, Laurel, MS and a son; Daniel Ray Parker, Wiggins, MS, two sisters; Doris Sims, Bay Springs, MS and Evelyn Mallett, Hernando, MS, two brothers; Roger Parker, and Davis Parker both of Ashland, MS and four grandchildren.
