Roy "Tommy" Thomas Doss age 78, of Mathiston, Mississippi passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Diversicare in Eupora, Mississippi. Tommy was born on December 29, 1947, in Webster County, Mississippi to the late Roy Junior Doss and Ethel Irene Fisher Doss. He was a retired welder and member of Marvin Hill Congregational Methodist Church in Cumberland, Mississippi. Tommy is survived by his loving wife, Charlene Collier Doss of Mathiston, Mississippi; one daughter, Joanne Doss also of Mathiston, Mississippi; one sister, Janet (Moose) Doss Flemings; one brother, Billy Ray (Caroline) Doss; five nieces, Shannon Bigham, Courtney (Brian) Pope, Ashley Doss, Madison (Dakota) Johnson and Carley Doss; three nephews, Matt (Lindsey) Doss, Tyler Doss and Hayden (Georgia) Flemings; six great nieces, Ainsley Bigham, Holly Bigham, Kimberly Doss, Emma James Pope, Finley Pope and Joeleigh Doss; three great nephews, Braxton Doss, Gunner Johnson and Hudson Flemings and sister in law, Becky Wise Doss. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Roy Junior Doss and Ethel Irene Fisher Doss and brother, James "Jimmy" Everet Doss. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora, Mississippi. The family will receive friends and loved ones for a time of visitation on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Oliver Funeral Home. Interment will follow the services on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Clarkson Cemetery in Webster County, Mississippi. The Graveside/Committal Services with Masonic Rites will be held at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel instead of Clarkson Cemetery. Bro. Scott McBride will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Matt Doss, Tyler Doss, Hayden Flemings, Dakota Johnson, Dexter Jones, Jeremy Cantrell, Joe Wright and Joe Pierce.
