Robert Connell

William Robert Connell, age 67, of Eupora, Mississippi passed away on October 26, 2026, at his residence. Robert was born on August 26, 1959, to the late Bobby Octa Connell and Shirley Ann Rowe Connell in Webster County, Mississippi. He was a retired truck driver and enjoyed fishing, camping, being out on the river and just the simple pleasures of life. Robert is survived by his son, Michael (fiancé, Jessica Barnett) Connell of Evansville, Indiana; two grandchildren, Navah and Zayne Connell; one sister, Patricia Brown of Columbus, Mississippi and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Bobby Octa Connell and Shirley Ann Rowe Connell; one brother, Ricky Allen Connell and nephew, Bobby Joseph "B.J." Connell. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Eupora, Mississippi. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery in the family plot. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora is honored to be entrusted with all arrangements for the Connell family.
