	Eupora, MS. Interment will follow at Sapa Cemetery in Eupora, MS. The 
	Fulgham family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Saturday, 
	November 2, 2024, from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Oliver Funeral Home in 
	Eupora, MS. Todd will also lie in state at Sapa Baptist Church in Eupora 
	at 1:00PM until time for services on Sunday, November 3, 2024.
